Maid in Michigan LLC Policies
Cancellations
Maid in Michigan understands how busy life gets, and how quickly plans can change. So, if it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service Maid in Michigan requires a 24-hour notice. If we receive less than a day notice or our team cannot access your home upon arrival it will be necessary to charge you an inconvenience fee of $50.00. We always want to accommodate your schedule, by letting us know of needed changes in advance we can better accommodate any rescheduling requests.
Re-cleans
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the problem area for free. We do not offer refunds however we are happy to correct any mistakes we may have made.
One-time customers: We do not offer re-cleans to one-time customers. It is highly recommended that you do a walkthrough of the home with your cleaning technician towards the end of your cleaning to ensure you are satisfied and any problem areas are addressed prior to the technician leaving.
Home Access
If you receive reoccurring services the most convenient way to give our teams access to your home is to entrust us with a key, garage code, etc. If you prefer to be present during the time of cleaning please remember our arrival time is an estimate and is usually given in a 1-hour window.
Solicitation
All members of our teams have agreed under contract that they will not accept direct employment from any client of Maid in Michigan LLC. This agreement remains in effect from the time employees begin working with us and for a period of up to 5 years after employment. Any such solicitation (from clients) of our team members, will be considered an intentional interference of the contract rights of Maid in Michigan LLC and can result in damages and attorneys fees against both client and team member.
Payments
Maid in Michigan gladly accepts all major credit cards. Your card will be charged the day of your cleaning. We require a form of payment on file to confirm your appointment.
Holidays and Closings
We do not schedule any cleanings for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day ( Thursday and Friday)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
*If your reoccurring cleaning falls on one of these days we will contact you in advance to reschedule it.
